Beach. We will scour all the available info about specials, midweek
play, afternoon play and multi-plays. We know the answers to the
important questions of golf course maintenance and the busiest times at
Myrtle Beach. It's our pleasure to provide you with this service.
Booking Policy
When you make initial contact with us, please advise our golf professional exactly what you have in mind. Our team will go to work planning the perfect vacation for you and your group. Your custom quote will include accommodations,
pre-arranged tee times that are guaranteed, cart fees and all taxes and
your per person price. When you decide that the package meets your qualifications we will arrange tee times as close to requested dates and times as possible, they will be submitted for your review. Upon you acceptance of accommodations, golf courses, per person price and tee times, we will then require a $50.00 per person deposit.
You will receive an email confirmation of tee times and accommodations
at that time.
The balance of the package price is due 30 days prior to your day of arrival.
At that time you will receive by snail mail, all the info you need,
regarding key pick-up and other instructions to make your golf vacation
go smoothly as possible.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your trip after making the deposit but before making final payments, you will receive your full deposit less 5% of the deposit.
After final payments: Accommodations: Depending on the accommodations you have chosen, different accommodations have different policies. We will refund all monies not charged by the hotels/condos less 5%. The accommodation will charge a minimum fee if you cancel outside of two weeks of arrival. Golf Courses: We control the golf tee-times up until three days before the day of play. There are no charges for changes. Complete cancellations will be refunded less a 5% charge. Within three days of play, the golf courses control the refunds or rain checks.
Inclement Weather
It will be up to you to decide if the weather is too bad to play. Myrtle Beach Golf Courses seldom close completely for bad weather. If you are due a refund from a Myrtle Beach Golf Course because of bad weather (by discretion of the golf course), in which our golf professional is still in control of the monies, you will receive a full refund less 5%. If the Myrtle Beach Golf Course is in control of the monies, they will either refund monies or issue a rain check, usually good for one year.
One or More Golfers Cancellation at Last Minute.
The golfer(s) will be responsible for any green fees within three days of play. He/they will receive a refund less 5% of any green fees outside of three days. He/they will be responsible for his accommodations portion of the package unless the group leader decides to spread it over the entire group.
How do I book replay tee-times?
Replays can be made in advance, at the Myrtle Beach Golf Course that is
played in the morning or a sister course that afternoon. We can book
these replay rounds, usually at a rate less than the full morning rate.
If you choose to book the replay round yourself, you can book replay
time upon completion of the morning round. Prices vary from cart fees to
50+% of rack rate.
Replays are easily obtained at some courses, almost never available at
others. If replays are important to your Myrtle Beach Golf package, we
will tell you which ones you need to pre-book and the ones that you can
make on your own. Usually a foursome can get a same day replay at most
any Myrtle Beach Golf Course for the basic replay rate.
Large groups should always pre-book replays. Rule # 1 of replays:
first out in the morning, first chance for replays.
Is there always enough daylight to play two rounds in Myrtle Beach?
No, A typical morning round in Myrtle Beach take 41/2 hours and an
afternoon round takes 5 hours. You will have to play that first round
EARLY in the AM to get the 2nd round in. Your best bet is from April
through October when Sunset occurs anywhere from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. If
you start after 1:00 PM, from the last of October until the end of
March, you will have a problem getting in 18 holes. Most courses will
tell you that times outside of these ranges that “you will NOT finish”.
